Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we make it simple to return or exchange.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, with original tags still attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@hedria.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not seen the refund, contact us at contact@hedria.store.

Damages and Defective Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@hedria.store with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the defective item.

2-Year Warranty

All HEDRIA products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Initiate a warranty claim at any point within two years of purchase by contacting us at contact@hedria.store. No receipt or return shipment required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product swaps. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
